Elderly typically experience various impediments to personal, socio-economic, and environment to start exercising. People around the elderly should give time and energy to convince the elderly will benefit the sport, designing sports activities which are individually up to accompany the elderly while exercising. That way, the elderly can work out comfortably, happy, and continuing to be the healthy elderly.
